The above room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% value added tax and non-commissionable.

Should the Thai Government increase the percentage of tax collected on room and/or meal rates, or impose additional tax/levies, the hotel will increase the contract rate accordingly irrespective of existing contract.

Child Policy
- Child at/under 12 years sharing bed with parents in exiting bedding is free of charge, maximum one child per room but breakfast cost is applied.
- Breakfast and others meals for children between 4-12 years will be entitled to 50% discount.
- Maximum 1 Child sharing room with 2 adults (an extra bed for child is the same price as adult).
- A baby cot is available with free of charge for infant under 4 years old.
Check-In Time: 14.00 hrs. / Check-Out Time is Noon 12.00 hrs.
- Late Check out before 18:00 hrs. is subjected to 50% Charge of One Night Room Fee.
- Late Check out after 18:00 hrs. is subjected to 100% Charge of One Night Room Fee.

Cancellations
- Cancellations received by SLEEP WITH ME HOTEL less than 24 hours prior to arrival and non-arrivals (no shows) may incur a cancellation fee of one night accommodation unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
- Ordinarily, no guarantee is required if the guest is arriving before 6 pm. However if the guest is arriving after 6 pm a guarantee, normally credit card, is required to hold the room.
- During busy periods SLEEP WITH ME HOTEL may also require a guarantee, normally credit card, to secure the reservation. Please inquire at the time of reservation and take note of any sales conditions which may apply, including cancellation penalties.
- All rates are quoted in Thai Baht and included of tax and service charges.
