CHILDREN’S & EXTRA BED POLICY
Baby cot for child under 2 years is free of charge.
A maximum of 1 Child under 12 years of age can stay free when sharing a room with their parents and utilizing existing bedding. If an extra bed is required a 50% discount is available from the adult price.
All children at the age 4 to 12 are entitled to 50% discount on all contracted meal arrangements.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE PROCEDURE:
Check-in time is from 14.00 hours. Early check-in before 14.00 hours can be requested upon reservation process. In case of confirmation made, pre-registration to guarantee arrival is required and will be charged 100% of the daily contracted room rate.
Check-out is by 12.00 hours (noon). Late departure till 18.00 hours is available upon request. Confirmation is subject to room availability and this will be charged 100% of the daily contract room rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Tour Operator must notify the resort of cancellation and reduction in number of accommodations within the minimum period specified hereunder:
Low Seasons : 1 night charge if cancelled within 7 days
NON ARRIVAL POLICY
In the event of guest non-arrival, the resort will charge a fee equal to the full length of stay (initial booking) at contracted rates.
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
Guests who check out of the resort prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged a fee equal to the full length of stay.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If a check-in date is delayed, the resort will not reimburse for any unused portions of reservation.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Brochure
The Tour Operator will feature the resort in its tour program (s) and brochure (s) as a deluxe resort and include a photograph of the resort when appropriate. Sample copies of such brochure (s) must be made available to the resort. The layout must be confirmed prior to the printing of the brochure.
Reservations & Allotments
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation, unless a firm room allotment has been agreed upon by the resort. Reservation contact email address is rsvn@thekeeresort.com
Allotments based on negotiation with travel agent. Rooms can be automatically released without prior notice. Allotments are based on productivity and will be re-assessing periodically. Please contact reservation office for a request of additional rooms above allocation. The hotel reserves its right to request the return of allotted rooms subject to written notification.
Overbooking
Overbook is practicable by hotel, which may result in some guests being relocated. Guests will be moved to alternative accommodation of at least an equal standard. In this event, hotel is not liable to pay compensation to the Tour Operator or any individual hotel guests.
Deposits/Prepayment
The KEE Resort & Spa must receive full prepayment at least, 7 days prior to arrival during Low season; 14 days prior to arrival during High season; and 30 days prior to arrival during Peak season, unless credit has been established with The KEE Resort & Spa.
