And that is why we stand behind all our work, by including our very own Smile Guarantee on all our dental products and treatment services. This gives you that peace of mind that if anything is to happen; we are here to take responsibility.

Our Smile Guarantee truly ignites the passion for excellence in our dental practices and at the same time assures you of the finest dental care products and services provided by both our dental clinic and in-house dental laboratory. Our recommended treatment/s for your oral health care totally depends on your individual condition, and as a result, a comprehensive treatment plan will be tailor-made to your present condition and specific expectations after a thorough diagnosis before any procedure initiates. However, it is vitally important that you maintain adequate oral care at home, in addition to a routinary dental visit and professional exams as recommended by our dentists.

In addition, we would reiterate that the long-term success of our caring treatment would equally depend on how you sustain a good oral health care at home.

The Smile Guarantee covers our time and the cost/s of any necessary materials. It does not cover the cost/s of travel, accommodation, nor any consequential losses that may be incurred. The guarantee periods for dental work are as follows:

TREATMENT (covered by limited dental warranty)	OUR OBLIGATIONS	YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Dental Crowns/Bridges & Porcelain Veneers	For broken/chipped porcelain crowns or veneers, we will replace or repair the same type for up to a period of 2 years.	You must keep the prescribed regular recall appointments (minimum of 6 months) for routinary professional Exam, X-ray/s, and Cleaning either at our dental clinics or your local dental offices.
Composite Dental Fillings / Tooth- Colored Fillings	If the composite restoration fails, we will replace/repair the filling for up to a period of 6 months from the date of placement.	You must keep the prescribed regular recall appointments (minimum of 6 months) for routinary professional Exam, X-ray/s, and Cleaning either at our dental clinics or your local dental offices.
Dentures and Partial Dentures	If a tooth chips, breaks or flange under normal use, we will repair dentures/partial dentures for up to a period of 3 years from the date of placement. This warranty will not apply to any accidents like dropping your dentures.	You must keep the prescribed regular recall appointments (minimum of 12 months) at our dental clinics or your own local dental offices. Patients with some of their own natural teeth must be seen at the prescribed recall appointments at our dental offices or your local dental offices. (Minimum of 6 months) for routinary professional Exam, X-ray/s, and Cleaning.
Dental Implants	There are two phases in dental implant treatment. The surgical phase and prosthetic phase. We will replace or repair the same type of titanium implant fixtures at no extra charge to you for up to a period of 5 years (this excludes Bone Grafting). We will replace or repair the same type of any implant porcelain crown at no extra charge for up to a period of 2 years. We will replace or repair the same type of any implant plastic/composite/PMMA teeth at no extra charge to you during these 6 months.	You must keep the prescribed regular recall appointments (minimum of 6 months) for routinary professional Exam, X-ray/s, and Cleaning either at our dental clinics or your local dental offices.

DISCLAIMER & WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE LIMITED DENTAL WARRANTY:

• If our instructions are not properly followed.
• If appropriate oral hygiene is neglected.
• If you fail to present an Annual Control Examination.
• Temporary Restorations only.
• If you have Gum or Periodontal Disease for which we have not provided the gum treatment.
• If an illness which has an unfavorable effect on the mouth is present.(e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, after a condition of excessive X-rays or chemotherapy)
• Injury caused by accidents, sports, or any third party activity.
• If the dentures/artificial tooth, crowns, or dental implants are not used appropriately.
• Unforeseen Root Canal Treatment
• The Gum Tissues or Teeth Bones are naturally declining.
• Refund is not part of what we guarantee. To invoke the guarantee you must contact our clinics immediately, before taking further actions. We do not reimburse overseas dental expenses made for a post-treatment by other dentists in your own country,nor do we reimburse travel and accommodation expenses traveling back for your warranty claims.
• We do not take responsibility for prior or continual dental works done by your dentists back home. The local warranty also does not cover damage of dental works caused by or related to other dentists work done on post-treatment procedures.
• Any damages directly related to tobacco usage.

If ever there’s anything we have provided that is below common satisfaction, we have our own dental laboratory to promptly straighten out things. Refunds may be considered on a case-to-case basis. Sea Smile Dental Clinic holds the full right to determine the amount to be refunded. Clients should be able to present a satisfactory explanation as to why a refund is requested and not made earlier to be eligible for either a partial or full refund.
