Patient Inquiries and Appointment:
We implement professional protocols and systematic approaches in responding to inbound inquiries in a very timely manner. Significant information such as treatment plans, treatment costs/expenses, treatment time, and necessary accommodations are neatly provided via email, phone, or sms, prior to our patients’ departure from country of origin.

Internal Communication Systems:
Bangkok Smile Dental Group utilizes its very own Intelligent Point of Service (I-POS) system software in which appointments, x-rays, dental records, specific requests are digitally stored in our central office and systematically transferred to and from every branch clinic as per needed. Each of our clinics operates on the same database platform system to make sure that all information is accurate up to the dental examination room level at all times.

Patient Assistance:
We have an outstanding team of customer support who are always ready to attend to your needs before, during, and even after your dental treatment with us. At any instance that you want to speak to any of our dentist, we are at your disposal and gladly contact them for you.

Quality Guarantee:
We totally guarantee the quality of each and every dental work we do for a maximum of 3 years. We will take responsibility for any unforeseen incidents free of charge, in accordance to our Smile Guarantee. (Please check table below)

Sterilization and Cleanliness:
Our sterilization system is second to none. We practice hospital standards and adhere to strict sterilization techniques. Our dental instruments and examination sets alike are only used once then undergoes full sterilization procedures. Our standards are monitored through our Class 5 Chemical Integrator 3M STERIGAGE. All instruments are steam-autoclaved, packed, dated, and systematically stored and prepared for due service again.

Dental Instrument Maintenance:
All dental instruments/equipment are strictly controlled and meticulously inspected every 4 months by expert technicians to make sure they are in perfect working condition and hygienic at all times.

Smile Guarantee Policy:
The Smile guarantee covers our time and cost/s of any necessary materials needed. However, it does not cover the cost/s of travel, accommodation, nor any other consequential losses that may incur.

The Smile Guarantee Periods are as follows:

Dental Crowns/Bridges & Porcelain Veneers	For broken/chipped porcelain crowns or veneers, we will replace or repair the same type for up to a period of 2 years.	You must keep the prescribed regular recall appointments (minimum of 6 months) for routinary professional Exam, X-ray/s, and Cleaning either at our dental clinics or your local dental offices.
Composite Dental Fillings / Tooth- Colored Fillings)	If the composite restoration fails, we will replace/repair the filling for up to a period of 2 years from the date of placement.	You must keep the prescribed regular recall appointments (minimum of 6 months) for routinary professional Exam, X-ray/s, and Cleaning either at our dental clinics or your local dental offices.
Dentures and Partial Dentures	If a tooth chips, breaks or flange under normal use, we will repair dentures/partial dentures for up to a period of 3 years from the date of placement. This warranty will not apply to any accidents like dropping your dentures.	You must keep the prescribed regular recall appointments (minimum of 12 months) at our dental clinics or your own local dental offices. Patients with some of their own natural teeth must be seen at the prescribed recall appointments at our dental offices or your local dental offices. (Minimum of 6 months) for routinary professional Exam, X-ray/s, and Cleaning.
Dental Implants	There are two phases in dental implant treatment. The surgical phase and prosthetic phase. We will replace or repair the same type of titanium implant fixtures at no extra charge to you for up to a period of 5 years (this excludes Bone Grafting). We will replace or repair the same type of any implant prosthetics at no extra charge for up to a period of 2 years.	You must keep the prescribed regular recall appointments (minimum of 6 months) for routinary professional Exam, X-ray/s, and Cleaning either at our dental clinics or your local dental offices.

DISCLAIMER & WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE LIMITED DENTAL WARRANTY:

If our instructions are not properly followed.
If appropriate oral hygiene is neglected.
If you fail to present an Annual Control Examination.
Temporary Restorations only.
If you have Gum or Periodontal Disease for which we have not provided the gum treatment.
If an illness which has an unfavorable effect on the mouth is present.(e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, after a condition of excessive X-rays or chemotherapy)
Injury caused by accidents, sports, or any third party activity.
If the dentures/artificial tooth, crowns, or dental implants are not used appropriately.
Unforeseen Root Canal Treatment
The Gum Tissues or Teeth Bones are naturally declining.
Refund is not part of what we guarantee. To invoke the guarantee you must contact our clinics immediately, before taking further actions. We do not reimburse overseas dental expenses made for a post-treatment by other dentists in your own country,nor do we reimburse travel and accommodation expenses traveling back for your warranty claims.
We do not take responsibility for prior or continual dental works done by your dentists back home. The local warranty also does not cover damage of dental works caused by or related to other dentists work done on post-treatment procedures.
